中医序贯疗法对急性鼻渊鼻黏膜传输功能的作用
The effect of nasal mucociliary of TCM seguential therapy treament of acute rhinosinutitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of nasal mucociliary of TCM.Method:66 cases with acute sinusitis patients with hot wind as the experimental group,it was divided into 2 groups randomly,each group of 33.Sequen-tial therapy(Oral steaming with Chinese herbal medicine steaming and oral administration,two times a day,for 2 weeks)group 33 cases,traditional Chinese medicine(drinking the same herbal medicine as the Sequential therapy group twice daily for two weeks)group 33 cases.On day 0,day 7,day 14,carry out the saccharin test,record the na-sal obstruction visual analogue scale.Results:Two groups of patients MTT score between group effect,time effect, and the interaction time between groups F-measure were 2.604,253.121,15.704,P value was 0.111,0,0;two cases of nasal VAS score between group effect,time effect,and the interaction time between groups was 7.242, 106.200,F-measure 8.480,the P value was 0.009,0,0.In the two groups of cases in the nasal obstruction visual analogue scale,and mucociliary transport time has a trend of deline over time,the rate of decline of sequential thera-py group was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group,the difference was significant.The P values were 0.000 and 0.000.Conclusion:Sequential therapy group,traditional Chinese medicine group had achieved a sat-isfactory efficacy in the treatment of acute sinusitis,nasal mucosa has improved effect on transmission function.Se-quential therapy group improved degree and the curative effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group.关键词
