平喘化痰方联合针灸治疗缓解期哮喘患儿疗效研究OACSTPCD
Efficacy research on children asthma remission stage treated with Pingchuan Huatan decoction combined acupuncture treatment
目的:研究自拟平喘化痰方联合针灸治疗缓解期哮喘患儿的临床疗效.方法:自收治的哮喘患儿中选取符合研究要求的78例缓解期患者患儿纳入本次研究,将全部患儿以随机法平均分配入对照组与治疗组,对照组采取常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予自拟平喘化痰方联合针灸治疗,治疗1个月后评估临床疗效,随访6个月观察两组患儿的急性发作情况与呼吸道感染发生情况.结果:治疗组患儿临床治愈率为48.72%,总有效率为94.87%;对照组患儿临床治愈率为28.21…查看全部>>
