中医干预颈椎间盘退变的基础研究进展
Basic research progress of TCM intervention on cervical intervertebral disc degeneration
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc leads to spinal cord neuropathy,which is mainly caused by the abnormal stress state,the participation of inflammatory factors,the alteration of matrix pro-teoglycan,and the apoptosis.In Chinese medicine,this disease belongs to Chinese medicine "arthromyodynia"cate-gory.TCM syndrome differentiation mainly includes two aspects:deficiency of liver and kidney,wind cold damp-ness arthralgia,which is the pathological basis of degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc.The Chinese medicine treatment of this disease,nearly 10 years of basic research literature,found that Chinese medicine can inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines in the intervertebral disc degeneration of intervertebral disc,regulation of col-lagen and proteoglycan expression,inhibit cell necrosis and apoptosis,regulation of extracellular matrix enzyme sys-tem activity,in terms of conservative treatment of cervical spondylosis show a unique advantage.I believe that with the future,Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis will play a greater role.关键词
