Abstract
Objective To assess the effects of respiratory training combined with motor imagery therapy on lower limb function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction (Brunnstrom Ⅰ-Ⅲ) were randomly divided into the control group and study group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation and the study group was given respiratory training combined with motor imagery therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation.The movement,balance,and daily living ability of patients were evaluated by FMA scale,BBS scale,MBI scale and mRS scale before treatment and 2 months after treatment,respectively.Results After treatment,the lower limb motor function score (FMA,mRS),balance function score (BBS) and daily living ability score (MBI) were improved (P ＜ 0.05) in both groups,while the improvement of these scores in study group were more marked than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Respiratory training combined with motor imagery therapy can improve the motor function,balance and daily living ability in patients with cerebral infarction.关键词
