补土益心方联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine Bupiyixin decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods Seventy patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary artery disease were randomly assigned in two groups,35 cases received conventional western medicine (control group),and 35 patients received combination of bupiyixin decoction and western medicine for treatment (study group).After 8-week treatment the angina frequency,electrocardiography,dose of nitroglycerin use and blood lipid changes were compared between two groups.Results The angina frequency,nitroglycerin dosage,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in study group were improved more marked than those in control group (all P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in improvement of electrocardiogram and triglyceride levels between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine bupiyixin decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treatment of patients with stable angina Pectoris.关键词
