补阳还五汤配合中医针灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的疗效
Curative Efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture in Treating Limb Dysfunction after Apoplexy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture on limb dysfunction after apoplexy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with limb dysfunction after apoplexy who were admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected,and were randomly divided into 2 groups according to admission order.After admission,the patients were treated with Western medicine with intravenous drip of mannitol 125 mL and aspirin 1 tablet/d;Compound Danshen Dripping Pills 10 pills / times,3 times/d as conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction with acupuncture.Results:The observation group was markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 19 cases with the total effective rate of 93.33％.The control group was markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in all cases with total effective rate of 73.33％.The treatment effects of the 2 groups had significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,Fugl Meyer score and MAS score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),while the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the serum MMP-9,hs-CRP levels in observation group decreased significantly,which was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture can further improve limb dysfunction after apoplexy.关键词
