China cancer symptom management practice guideline:a protocol
摘要
Abstract
In order to promote the scientific management of the symptom of cancer patients in China,it is urgent to build a clinical practice guideline (CPG) to guide and specification.The development of China cancer symptom management practice guideline was following the latest definition of Institution of Medicine (IOM),and based on the methodology of WHO handbook for guideline development.The construct of evidence classification and recommendations were based on the GRADE and CERQual methodology and concerned the request of AGREEⅡ and RIGHT standard.This protocol mainly introduced the process of building the guideline,including development and selection of the clinical issues and outcomes,evidence retrieval,consensus on recommendations and so on.关键词
