基于Web of Science的移动医疗在慢性病管理中应用的文献计量学分析
Bibliometrics research on application of mobile health based on Web of Science database in chronic disease management

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the status quo and progress of mobile health in the management of chronic dis eases based on Web of Science database,and to provide the references for further research.Methods:In the SCIE database of Web of Science,the related literatures on the application of mobile health in chronic diseases management were retrieved by the subject field of the advanced search.The time span was from the setup of libraries to June 2017.The method of literature metrology was used to analyze the documents from annual,theme,journals,research direction,country/region,institutions,authors,fund,and papers cited information.Results:A total of 212 literatures were included,and the literature grew rapidly in the past two years.The literatures mainly came from "JMIR mHealth and uHealth".The scientific research direction mainly focused on the health care services,the largest amount of paper from the United States (92 articles,43.396 ％).11 paper from China,accounting for 5.189 ％.Five of the top 10 research institutions came from the United States,including Michigan Universitiy,which published the most articles.The main fund agencies were the European Commission and the National Science Foundation,4 papers in the top 10 cited literatures on diabetes.Conclusions:The application of mobile health in the management of chronic diseases was in rapid development phase.The United States was in the leading position,the related literature carrier had also formed,but the core authors group had not been formed.In addition,the management of diabetes became a hot issue in mobile health management.关键词
