重症急性胰腺炎病人应用芒硝外敷护理效果的系统评价
Nursing effect of mirabilite external application for patients with severe acute pancreatitis: a systematic evaluation

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of mirabilite external application for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:Databases such as Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science,Ovid,CNKI,VIP,WanFang and SinoMed were searched to recruit randomized controlled trails.Two reviewers assessed the quality of all included studies according to Cochrane Handbook standard.The Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software.Results:Eight RCT involving 526 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed significantly shorter abdominal pain relief time[SMD=-1.24,P＜0.000 01];lower time of the first defecation time[MD=-1.99,P＜0.000 01];shorter fever duration [MD=-3.16,P＜0.000 01];shorter abdominal distension duration [MD=-2.40,P＜0.000 01];less average hospitalization days[MD=-4.15,P＜0.000 01].Conclusions:The patients treated with mirabilite compared with conventional treatment was able to shorter abdominal pain relief time,lower time of the first defecation time,shorter fever relief time and abdominal distension relief time,less average hospitalization days.Due to the methodological limitations,high quality randomized controlled trials should be carried out.关键词
