基于卫生经济学及RBRVS的护理服务项目定价模型研究
Research on pricing model of nursing services based on health economics and RBRVS

Abstract
Objective:To construct a scientific and reasonable pricing model of nursing service to promote the reform of medical services in China and the development of the discipline of nursing.Methods:On the basis of applying the principles of health economics and Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS),the actual number of people and operation time according to the service items was determined,so as to make sure the direct costs and auxiliary costs were as close as possible to the actual situation.At the same time,by increasing the difference coefficients for evaluating the differences among different regions and hospitals,different levels of intravenous infusion was taken as an example to build nursing services pricing model.Results:The constructed nursing services pricing model calculated the charging items included nurse service consumption standard labor costs and the required standard supporting costs,and they were in line with the actual situation,could be more scientifically reflect the current nursing services charge standard,embody the nurse human cost,and make the price consistent with the value.Conclusions:The constructed nursing services pricing model could measure nurses' labor value,and fully reflect the cost of nursing services.关键词
