基于德尔菲法构建高职老年护理专业课程设置
Construction of geriatric nursing specialty curriculum in higher vocational education based on Delphi method

Abstract
Objective:To construct a reasonable geriatric nursing specialty curriculum in higher vocational college scientifically.Methods:The standard experts' consultation table and the Delphi method were used for the expert consultation.Results:Through two rounds of expert consultation,geriatric nursing specialty curriculum in Higher Vocational Collegec was constructed,including 4 course modules (humanities and social science courses,public basic courses,nursing courses,geriatric care specialist courses),including 20 compulsory courses and 10 elective courses,a total of 30 courses.Conclusions:The constructed geriatric nursing specialty curriculum in higher vocational education high lighted characteristics of geriatric nursing specialty courses,mixed with humanities course,and focused on professional frontier education.To construct a reasonable curriculum of geriatric nursing specialty in higher vocational college scientifically and fundamentally solved the problem of low quality and quantity of geriatric nursing talents.关键词
