改良智能化急诊分级分诊系统的临床应用研究
Clinical application and analysis of improved intelligent emergency classification and triage system
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application and effect of improved intelligent emergency classification and triage system.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,a total of 1331 patients in the emergency department in a third Grade A hospital were included as the research objects.The improved intelligent triage system was applied to retrospectively analyze the distribution of emergency triage level,time,the range of diagnostic changes on time point,and number of triage.Results:The total 1 331 patients were treated with 1 399 triage.Level distribution showed:4 cases in grade Ⅰ (0.30％),89 cases in grade Ⅱ (6.69％),267 cases in grade Ⅲ (20.06％),971 cases in grade Ⅳ (72.95％).Peak distribution showed:241 patients (18.11％) and 195 cases (14.65％) were treated with triage respectively between 10:00～12:00 and 16:00～18:00.Maximum time point amplitude distribution change at each level:grade Ⅰ patient before and after 18:00 and 20:00;grade Ⅱ patients before and after 16:00;gradeⅢ patients before and after 22:00;grade Ⅳ patients before and after 12:00;the number of same patient with second triage accounted for 2.18％ in total.conclusions:The improved triage intelligence system applied in the emergency department could improve the efficiency of triage,at the same time,it could help to identify the illness objectively,quickly and accurately.It could real-time share emergency data and dynamicly monitor condition changes,so as to improve the quality of triage,provide an objective basis for optimizing the emergency resource allocation and provide implementation of flexible scheduling,and realize the significance of the auxiliary decision-making triage.关键词
