风湿免疫病病人疾病不确定感与自我效能的相关性研究
Study on correlation between uncertainty in illness and self-efficacy in patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the uncertainty in illness and self-efficacy of patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods:Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale for Adults (MUIS-A) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used to survey 176 inpatients in department of rheumatoid immunology in a third Grade A hospital in Nanning city from June 2016 to November 2016.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between them.Results:The total score of uncertainty in illness was (98.76±13.56),the factors influencing patient's uncertainty in illness in general information were education degree,payment method,working condition which influenced complexity dimension scores (P＜0.05);and the self-care ability influence unclear dimension scores (P＜0.05).The self-efficacy score of the patient was (2.29-4-±0.73).The uncertainty in illness and 4 dimensions of the disease were negatively correlated with self-efficacy (P＜0.01).Conclusions:The uncertainty in illness of patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases was closely related to self-efficacy.There was a high level of uncertainty in illness and low self-efficacy in patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases combined with perennial repeated attacks and the long term disease duration.关键词
