淋巴瘤化疗期病人正念水平影响因素的调查研究
Investigation on influencing factors of mindfulness in patients with lymphoma during chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the mindfulness level and its influencing factors during chemotherapy for lymphoma patients.Methods:The patients general data questionnaire and Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) were conducted on 150 cases of lymphoma inpatients with chemotherapy in tumor hospital of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region from January 2017 to April 2017,to compare level of mindfulness in different demographic characteristics and clinical features of lymphoma chemotherapy patients and analyze the influencing factors.Results:The mindfulness level score of chemotherapy patients with lymphoma was (70.15-± 8.79).There was statistically significant difference among the patients with different accompanying symptoms,residence places,educations degree,occupations,economic burden,accompanying persons,attitudes to the hospital environment and medical service,chemotherapy treatment course,and whether they had the most trusted friends or relatives or not,religious or not(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that chemotherapy regimen,residence place,education degree,accompanying person,economic burden,and accompa nying symptoms were the main factors affected the patient's mindfulness level.Conclusions:Clinical nursing staff could conduct targeted nursing interventions for improving their level of mindfulness based on the main factors influencing the mindfulness level of chemotherapy patients with lymphoma,including chemotherapy treatment course,residence places,education degree,accompanying persons,economic burden and accompanying symptoms.关键词
