多学科协作团队模式下压疮防治管理指标体系的构建
Establishment of management index system for prevention and therapy of pressure sores in multidisciplinary collaborative team

Abstract
Objective:To establish a multidisciplinary team and build a management index system for prevention and therapy of pressure sores among inpatients.Methods:To establish a multidisciplinary team based on clinical,medical technician,and logistics department in our hospital.A base item pool was established by literature review and interview method.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds consultation to determine the management index system for prevention and therapy of pressure sores.Results:The multidisciplinary team was established including 8 departments from medical,nursing and mind-body management.The management index system was composed of 3 primary indicators,17 secondary indicators,and 46 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The established management index system was comprehensive and practicable to manage the pressure sores in inpatient,while further clinical verification and amendment was still needed.关键词
