Abstract
Objective:To develop the self-management efficacy for breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Literature review was used to design conceptual framework and initial entries of each dimension of self-management efficacy questionnaire for breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy.A total of 240 breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy received a questionnaire survey and tested its reliability and validity.Results:The initial questionnaire of self-management efficacy questionnaire for breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy included 35 items at first.After screening,4 dimensions and 33 items of the questionnaire were finally determined.The cumulative contribution of 4 factors accounted for 69.010％.The content validity index was 0.966.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.972.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of all dimensions was 0.895 to 0.949.The retest reliability was 0.913.Conclusions:The developed questionnaire had good reliability and validity,and could effectively and objectively evaluate the self-management efficiency of breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy.关键词
