精神科护士关怀能力与共情能力对工作满意度的影响
Influence of psychiatric nurses' caring ability and empathy ability on job satisfaction

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo and correlation of caring ability,empathy ability and job satisfaction of nurses in psychiatric department,in order to provide a theoretical basis for intervention methods.Methods:A total of 181 nurses from a Tertiary Grade A specialty hospital of psychiatry in Shandong province were included into this study by convenience sampling method and were investigated by Caring Ability Inventory (CAI),Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C (IRI-C),and Mueller and McCloskey Satisfaction Scale (MMSS).Results:The overall satisfaction degree of psychiatric nurses was (3.08-t-0.59),which was at a moderate level.There was a correlation between the care ability,empathy ability and job satisfaction of psychiatric nurses (P＜ 0.05 or P＜0.01).Understanding,viewpoint selection,personal sadness and general demographic data were influencing factors of psychiatric nurses job satisfaction.Conclusions:The nursing managers in department of psychiatry should pay attention to improvement of nurses'job satisfaction.Psychological intervention for caring and empathy ability would help to improve nurses'job satisfaction and build a good relationship between nurses and patients.关键词
