Construction and practice of on-the-job training system for nurse anesthetist
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct training system for nurse anesthetist and conduct practical exploration in this hospital to provide a reference for training of nurse anesthetist in China.Methods:The survey on demand of nurse anesthetist was conducted through literature research.The training system framework for nurse anesthetist was established by referencing the training systems from other countries,combined with the status quo of China,and the specific work in our hospital.The anesthesia specialist training knowledge and technical information were modular to construct a fine on-the-job(OTJ) training system through 2 rounds of Delphi's expert consultation.Results:The OTJ training system for nurse anesthetist initially formed including 5 primary indexes,24 secondary indexes,and 74 third-level indexes,which carried out in our hospital among 34 cases.The training participation,satisfaction degree,and examination results were increased.Conclusions:The constructed OTJ training system for nurse anesthetist covered the main job of anesthesia nursing,with a reasonable structure,which could help improve the professional quality of nurse anesthetist and the reality of scientific and fine division of anesthesiologists labor.关键词
