衡阳市某三级甲等医院产褥期妇女育儿胜任感现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of status quo and influencing factors of women's parenting sense in competence in the puerperium in a third Grade A hospital in Hengyang city

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of women's parenting sense of competence in puerperium of Hengyang city,and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide references for innovative obstetric health education.Methods:The survey was conducted on 302 cases of puerperal women in a third Grade A hospital in Hengyang city by the general questionnaire,the Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale(CPSOC) and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS).Results:The total score of the women's parenting sense of competence in the 302 cases was(69.15 ±9.13).The score of the efficacy and satisfaction score were (34.25 ± 5.47) and (28.12 ± 6.33),respectively.In the puerperium,there was a negative correlation between parenting sense of competence and postpartum depression(r=-0.479,P＜0.01).The scores of times of birth and postpartum depression were the main influencing factors of women's parenting sense of competence in puerperium.Conclusions:Women's parenting sense of competence in puerperium in Hengyang city was at a moderate level.The scores of times of birth and postpartum depression were the main influencing factors of women's parenting sense of competence in puerperium.关键词
