Design and application of children fall/falling bed assessment form
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To design and apply the falling/falling bed assessment form,so as to reduce the incidence of falling/falling bed of hospitalized children.Methods:Design the"children fall/falling bed risk assessment form"and children fall/falling bed high risk precaution list were designed,and high-risk,low-risk and possi-bly high-risk groups of ill children were identified.Low-risk groups didn't need to assess,and the basic pre-cautions were taken for them.High-risk groups need no assessment,take high-risk precautions were taken directly and make records.A potentially high-risk group were scored with the"children fall/falling bed risk as-sessment form".And it the scores were higher than 15,they would be in high-risk,taking measures accord-ing to the assessment score.The incidence of fall/falling bed between children hospitalized in 2015.05-2016.04 (observation group)and children hospitalized in 2014.05-2015.04(control group)was compared.Results:All children in control group required a fall/falling bed assessment form to determine the risk of fall/falling bed, and only 43.17% of children in the observation group needed fall/falling bed assessment form to determine the risk of fall/falling bed.The incidence of fall/falling bed in the control group was 0.063%,and the incidence of fall/falling bed in the observation group was 0.023%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2= 6.88,P< 0.01).No case of grade 2 or more fall/falling bed event in observation group oc-curred.Conclusions:Targeted prevention and control measures for different risk groups of fall/falling bed were effective in preventing hospitalized children from falling/falling bed.关键词
