Evaluation and analysis of influencing factors of tutor guidance service of nursing postgraduates
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To inquire into the evaluation and influencing factors of tutors guidance service of nursing postgraduate.Methods:A total of 220 nursing postgraduates were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire to understand the evaluation and influencing factors of master's guidance service.Results:The moral and profes-sional work level of the tutor were taken into account in the selection of tutors for academic degree postgradu-ates.And the tutor payed more attention to the cultivation of innovation ability in the course of guidance,that can improve the students'satisfaction to their tutor.Paying attention to the graduate career development plan will increase the degree of satisfaction of professional degree graduate students to tutors guidance.Conclusions:Tutors do not have a comprehensive guidance for nursing postgraduates.We should pay attention to the guid-ance of innovative ability and career planning,and improve their satisfaction with tutors.关键词
