儿童风湿性疾病患儿的心理行为调查及危险因素研究
Psychological behavior and risk factors of rheumatic diseases in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological behavior of children with rheumatic diseases,and analyze the related risk factors.Methods A total of 121 children with rheumatic diseases and their parents were selected as case group from the inpatients and outpatients in the department of clinical immunology in Xijing Hospital from February to August,2017.At the same time,a total of 102 healthy children and their parents were selected as control group.All subjects finished the children's depression inventory(CDI),the multidimensional anxiety scale for children(MASC),the brief symptom inventory(BSI-18) and other forms.The CDI,MASC and BSI-18 scores between the two groups were compared with independent t-test,and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis was performed for risk factors of psychological behavior in children with rheumatic diseases and their parents.Results ①)The CDI,MASC and BSI-18 scores in case group were significantly higher than those in control group.②)The single factor analysis showed that CDI and MASC scores for children with rheumatic diseases and BSI-18 scores for their parents were significantly different in different groups according to gender,age,family residence,parents education,only-child or not,way of treatment,disease activity,rash/joint swelling or not and hormone side effects.(③)Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that disease activity,gender,way of treatment,hormone side effects,and age were the main risk factors of the psychological behavior of the children with rheumatic diseases and their parents.Conclusion Children with rheumatic diseases are prone to psychological behavior problems compared with the healthy children.The psychological intervention should be paid more attention to as soon as possible.关键词
