内热针刺激层次对颈肩综合征的疗效分析
Therapeutic efficacy of internal heating-needle stimulus levels in treating neck shoulder syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of stimulus levels of inner heating-needle stimulation in treating patients with neck shoulder syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients suffering from neck shoulder syndrome were randomly recruited and divided into treatment group (n =60) and control group (n =20).According to the insert layer and depth,the patients in treatment group were further divided into fascia group,muscle layer group,and periosteal layer group.The patients in control group were treated with oral celecoxib alone.The effective rate and VAS score between the two groups before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate and the VAS score were statistically different between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Among different treatment groups,the effective rate in fascia group and muscle layer group were significantly higher than those in periosteal layer group after the inner heating-needle treatment(P ＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in the effective rate and VAS score between muscle layer group and fascia group(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Inner heating-needle stimulation can be a valid approach in effectively treating patients with neck shoulder syndrome,and the depth of insertion will affect the therapeutic efficacy.The efficacy of heatingneedle stimulation applied into fascia layer and muscle layer is similar,but it is significantly stronger than that of stimulation of periosteal layer.关键词
