瘢痕子宫剖宫产术后置冰袋并加压法防治产后出血临床研究
Basic ice research method treatment of uterine scar after cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage pressure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal pressure and the ice bag method in pa-tients with uterine scar in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 300 pa-tients with scar uterus who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected,They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given in compression after caesarean section,the study group received abdominal compression fixation and ice bellyband method.Compared the two groups of patients with postoperative bleeding,2,24 h vaginal bleeding,the incidence of postpartum hemor-rhage.Results:In the observation group,there were 20 cases of moderate and severe bleeding,the average bleeding was(22.14 ± 1.54)ml,It was significantly lower than the control group[Moderate and severe bleeding was found in 50 cases,the average bleeding was(29.43 ± 2.15)ml(P<0.05)];The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group(1.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.00%)(P<0.05);the 2,24 h bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups of hemoglobin(P>0.05);There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:For patients with scar uterus after cesarean section,give positive home ice and abdominal compression fixation therapy,can significantly reduce the surgical incision oozing of blood,and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage,can be popularized in clinic.关键词
