提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗中重度上睑下垂临床研究
Combining levator shortening with tarsus resection to treat sever ptosis in 20 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of combining levator shortening with tarsus resection to treat sever ptosis.Methods:40 patients with sever ptosis were divided into two groups randomly.20 patients under-went the operation of frontalis muscle flap suspension,the other 20 patients underwent combining levator shortening with tarsus.The results were evaluated and reviewed after 1 year of patient's operation.Results:Through a period of 1 month to 1 year,the observation group upper eyelid recovered to normal place.All the patients got satisfactory ap-pearance of eyelids.There were just 1 case mild over correction after 1 month.And after 1 year,the observation group had a good eyelid radian.The complication rates in observation group was just 20% lower than control group in 60%complications.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation of combining levator shortening with tarsus proven to be more effective for ptosis treatment.The results gave a higher satisfactory rate.关键词
