地西他滨联合小剂量HAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病疗效研究
Clinical observation of decitabine combined with low-dose HAG regimen in treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of domestically produced decit-abine combined with low-dose HAG regimen in the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia,according to different methods of treatment into the observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with domestically produced decitabine combined with low-dose HAG regimen.The control group was treated with MA regimen.The curative effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The complete remission rate and partial remission rate were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Neutropenia and lung infection were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse effects of non-hematologic such as liver and kidney toxicity and gastrointestinal reaction were no statistical difference than those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Decitabine combined with low-dose HAG regimen in the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia can achieve satis-factory results.Adverse reactions are mild,worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.关键词
