子宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌10例临床病理研究
Clinicopathologic analysis of 10 cases of cervical small cell cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of cervical small cell cancer.Meth-ods:To analyse 10 cases of cervical small cell cancer's clinical and pathological data,treatment and prognosis.Results:The average age was 45.6 years(31 to 54 years old),Ⅰb1 7 cases,Ⅰb2 1 case,Ⅱa 2 cases.Histologically,the neo-plastic cells appeared small,round in solid sheets with scant cytoplasm,hyperchchromatic nuclei and sbsence of nu-cleoli.Immunohistochemical studies showed positive rate of neuroendocrine markers for Syn(100%,10/10),CgA (80%,8/10),CD56(85.7%,6/7),NSE(62.5%,5/8),Positive rate for pan-CK was(80%,8/10).10 patients under-went extensive hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.6 patients received postoper-ative chemotherapy.The median follow-up time was 18.6 months(8 to 34 months),4 cases of death,2 cases of pul-monary metastasis.Conclusion:Cervical small cell cancer has the characteristics of highly malignant degree,early dis-tant metastasis,and poor prognosis.Histopathological joint immunohistochemical detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and play an important role in differential diagnosis.关键词
