西安地区2837例儿童肺炎支原体感染及耐药调查研究
Ananalysis of the mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and drug resistance of 2837 children in Xi'an

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the infection and drug resistance of mycoplasma pneumoniae in 2837 chil-dren in xi'an,in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:2837 children with re-spiratory tract infection were detected by mycoplasma pneumoniae culture in pediatric of shaanxi province people's hospital,analyzing the age,sex,seasonal distribution characteristics and drug resistance of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children.Results:410 were positive among 2837 children and the positive rate was 14.45%.the gender:the female (15.70%)was higher than male(13.36%),but there was no difference of statistically significant.Age:the highest positive rate of children from 0 to 3 years was 16.74%;the lowest positive rate of children aged between 10 and 12 was 9.42%,and the positive rate decreased with age,the difference of the positive rate of each age group were statis-tically significant(χ2=12.71,P< 0.05).Season:the highest positive rate was 15.38% in winter,the lowest posi-tive rate was 11.62% in summer.Which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of macrolides in 410 positive strains was more than 90%.Conclusion:The infection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children is higher,especially in autumn and winter.The infection rate decreases with age.The mycoplasma pneumoniae culture can quickly identify mycoplasma infection and carry out antimicrobial susceptibility tests.which is important to guid-ing for the selection of drugs.关键词
