Abstract
To get the controlling factors of railway special line and explore the unique rule in its route selection,the function and effect of railway special line route selection are analyzed,and various controlling elements and key advantages and disadvantages within the railroad and beyond are expounded when the route of railway special line is selected.Meanwhile,with reference to the railway special line for Hua'neng Tongchuan Power Plant,the transportation channel,technical standards and rail joint scheme involved in the railway special line selection are analyzed in multi aspects.Thus,the route scheme recommended meets the needs of all parties due to its rationality and feasibility.In comparison with the national trunk line,the route selection of railway special line has the same characteristics,but also requires unique considerations.This paper provides systematic,comprehensive and scientific controlling factors and route selection methods for railway special lines.关键词
