摘要

Abstract

In order to improve transfer factor production efficiency, this paper used tube microfiltration and ultrafiltration device instead of dialysis bag to extract transfer factor from pig spleen.Dilution methods of pig spleen homoge-neous solution, freezing and thawing times and membrane permeate rate recovery were studied in separation membrane process.Results showed that it is better which spleen homogeneous solution was freeze-thawed three times,and diluted 1:1(V:V)with pure water combined continuous pure water addition.Microfiltration and ultrafiltration operation can be completed in about 3 h.Operating temperature was always lower than 37℃which was suitable for maintenance of transfer factor activity.And the concentration of peptide and ribose in UF perme-ate liquid also meet requirements of semi-finished products.So because of simple operation,low cost and short production cycle,membrane process can be applied to large-scale industrial production.
