连续纤维增强超高分子质量聚乙烯路面板材料的制备及测试表征
Preparation and characterization of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene matrix pavement plate materials reinforced with continuous glass fiber
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the performance of pavement plate materials,the UHMWPE thermoplastic laminate compos-ites reinforced by continuous glass fiber fabric were prepared by extruding melt infusion with designing extrusion die head and hot molding technology.The tensile,interlaminate shear,impact and thermal performances were tested by different fiber volume content at value of 30%,40%,50% and 55%.The results indicated that the tensile strength and interlaminar shear strength were 675.9 MPa,23.13 MPa respectively,which were also their maximum values.It was an effective method for improving the impact strength of UHMWPE thermoplastic lami-nate composites with increasing.The storage modulus and loss modulus of UHMWPE composites were increased with the increase of fiber volume content with the temperatures below 70℃and 91℃separately.The glass tran-sition temperatures of UHMWPE composites could be improved in some extents by increasing fiber volume con-tent.关键词
