陶瓷3D打印机结构设计与运动学分析
Structure design and kinematics analysis of ceramic 3D printer

Abstract
In order to overcome the shortcomings that the existing ceramic printer can′t continuous printing as well as the machine quality is heavier,the accuracy and stability is insufficient,a ceramic printer was designed based on the Delta structure.The inverse solution,velocity and acceleration of the mechanism were analyzed to establish equations. The 3D model was imported into ADAMS software to carry out the simulation analysis with the concrete example.The results show that the simulation result is consistent with that of the mathematical model, the maximum speeds of the print terminal in the X,Y,Z direction are 31, 18 and 38 mm/s, the maximum accelerations of the print terminal on the X,Y,Z direction are 30,45 and 45 mm/s2,and the correctnesses of the mathematical model of inverse solution,velocity and acceleration is verified.The motion characteristics of the printing terminal of ceramic printer are optimized,the sudden stop and the abrupt change of speed in the printing process are avoided to achieve smooth printing.关键词
