Relationship Between Trust and Project Performance with IPD Model
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of trust and performance index system, the system flow chart is determined by using system dynamics method.By introducing cooperation degree the trust-perfarmance model is established. By using the combination weighting method the parameters are drafted. Carrying out simulation experiments for 20 weeks, the conclusions include the level of employees' business level in trust influences further the whole project performance through schedule control; standardized operation in trust affects project performance through the degree of satisfaction of participants; the factor of contract rationality in trust influences project performance through contract management;Their influence on the project performance value,from big to small,is the level of employees' trust, the rationality of the contract and the standard operation of the enterprise; When the cooperation relationship the parties is further strengthened, all these three factors affect project performance through contract management, which reflects the importance of contract management under comprehensive delivery mode, and also provides some reference and reference for improving project performance.关键词
