摘要
Abstract
Housing construction in an industrial way is in line with the requirements of sustainable development. The SI housing is new form of residence promoting the housing industrialization process because of the separation of the skeleton and infill. Construction of SI housing always organizing and operating by the way of virtual enterprise and selecting the right partner to form a virtual enterprise is the key to implement SI housing construction. This paper analyzed the connotation of SI housing virtual enterprise, and identified the factors influencing the partners selection from the aspects of enterprise's core competencies,operational status,cooperative desire,and social identity. The index system based on the influencing factors was built,and the weight of index through the OWA operator was determined. The authors designed the partners selection method based on vector angle cosine and assist this research by the sensitivity analysis method. In the last section, an example was conducted to verify the feasibility and practicability of the method proposed in this paper.关键词
