长方案中影响IVF-ET临床妊娠结局的相关因素分析
Analysis of related factors influencing IVF-ET clinical pregnancy outcome in long protocol
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors that affect the clinical pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:The clinical data of 202 cases of IVF-ET pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,including 104 cases without pregnancy and 98 cases of clinical pregnancy.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors that affect the pregnancy outcome.Results:Logistic regression showed that FSH,HCG,Gn total and Gn priming were the related factors that affect the outcome of clinical pregnancy.Conclusion:The high level of FSH,HCG,Gn has adverse effects on pregnanay outcome.To understand the related factors that affect clinical pregnancy outcome,can improve the pregnancy rate.关键词
