Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic(TAPP) in recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods:The clinical data of twenty-seven patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated with TAPP from November 2014 to June 2017 in our hospital were analyzed.Results:All patients were performed by TAPP successfully.The operation time was 30-70 min,and the mean time was 48 min.The bleeding volume during operation was 10-20 ml,and the mean bleeding volume was 13 ml.6 cases had the scrotal emphysema intra-operative and self-absorbed in 2-3 days.There were 5 cases with scrotal seroma,2 cases self-healing and 3 cases were cured after extracted infusion 1-3 times,scrotal lift and oral medication.The hospitalization time was 3-7 days,with an average of 5.6 days.There were no complications such as surgical incision infection,intestinal obstruction.The time of follow-up was 3-34 months,2 cases had the discontinuous foreign body sensation in the operation area,no cases had intractable pain and recurrence.Conclusion:TAPP is effective in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia,and the postoperative recovery is fast,the complications are few,and the recurrence rate is low.关键词
