Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jianwei Yuyang tablet combined with omeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer and impact on plasma gastrin,TGF-α and EGF.Methods:Seventy-four patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,20 mg every time,2 times a day,the observation group was treated with Jianwei Yuyang tablet on the basis of control group,4 tablets each time,4 times a day.The clinical effective rate and the ulcer area of the two groups were compared,and the levels of plasma gastrin,TGF-α and EGF were detected before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 91.89％ (34/37),which was higher than that in control group 75.67％(28/37)(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in ulcer area between two groups before treatment(P ＞0.05).After treatment,patients with ulcer diameter ≤0.5 cm were significantly more than before treatment (P＜0.05),patients with the ulcer diameter was 0.5-2.0 cm and ulcer diameter ＞2.0 cm was less than after treatment,and the observation group improved better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of plasma gastrin after treatment in two groups were decreased,and the levels of TGF-α and EGF were increased(P ＜0.05),and the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jianwei Yuyang tablet combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer is ideal,it can effectively reduce the ulcer area,improve plasma gastrin,TGF-α and EGF levels.关键词
