Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis value of magnification mammography in breast disease.Methods:Sixty cases with suspected lesions were found in normal mammography examination from Auguest 2015 to September 2017.All the patients were given magnification mammography.The diagnostic accuracy of two methods were compared.Results:Magnification mammography showed the morphology,boundary,calcification and microstructure of the lesions clearly.Thirty-six cases were diagnosed by normal mammography examination,the accuracy rate was 60％(36/60),20 cases of benign and 16 cases of malignant.Fifty-six cases were diagnosed by magnification mammography,the accuracy rate was 93％ (56/60),26 cases of benign and 30 cases of malignant.The detection rate of magnification mammography was better than that of normal mammography examination.Conclusion:Magnification mammography can clearly find lesion structure and morphology of microcalcification,improve detection rate of breast disease.It is beneficial to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignancy.关键词
