Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of "MOOC" teaching mode in the in-service training of nurses,and to provide references for the extensive promotion of "MOOC" in nursing training.Methods:A total of 180 nurses were selected from a military hospital in a remote area and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,90 nurses in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the "MOOC" teaching method.The effect of two methods were compared.Results:The theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the nurses in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction to the nursing traching in the experimental group were better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The evaluation of nurses comprehensive ability in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.0 1).Conclusion:"MOOC" teaching mode stimulate the learning interest of nurses and enhance the clinical comprehensive ability.It is a good prospect to promote the "MOOC" teaching mode in the in-service training of nurses.关键词
