摘要

Abstract

Taking 3 varieties of Corylus heterophylla × Corylus avellana as materials,effects on the survival rate and rooting of etiolated cuttings (ECs) were examined of different culture substrates,different types of growth regulators as well as their concentrations were examined by using L9 (3)4 orthogonal test design to reveal the advantages of using ECs and key factors affecting the rooting as well as the suitable promoting combinations.The results showed that suitable concentration of IBA,NAA and ABT could promote the rooting of ECs.The preferable IBA concentration was 1 500 mg · L 1 IBA,followed by 1 000 mg· L-1 NAA.Significant differences in rooting were found among different substrates.Compared with the traditional softwood and hard wood cuttings,the rooting rate of ECs was significantly high and so did the root quality.It was concluded after comprehensive consideration that the best rooting results could be achieved after ECs were treated by 1 500 mg · L-1 IBA and cultured in sandy ∶ sawdust ∶ river sand with a proportion of 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1,among different varieties,New hazel No.3 was the best.
