扬州市流浪犬肠道寄生虫种类的调查
Investigation on intestinal parasites of stray dogs in Yangzhou City
摘要
Abstract
To understand intestinal parasites in stray dogs in Yangzhou City,62 fecal samples were collected at a stray dog shelter,and examined using a centrifugal precipitation method and a saturated salt solution floating method.Results showed that the eggs of Toxocara canis,Ancylostoma sp.,Strongyloides sp.and oocysts of Isospora canis were detecded.The infection rates were 30.65％ for T.canis,11.29％ for Ancylostoma sp.,8.06％ for Strongyloides sp.and 3.23％ for I.canis,respectively.The total infection rate was 48.39％.In the dogs infected with parasites,two were infected with two species of parasites at the same time,and one with three species of parasites.The total of mixed infection rate was 4.84％ and T.canis was the dominant species.关键词
