比较FEC与TEC化疗方案对乳腺癌患者Glu和转移复发率的影响
A comparison between effects of FEC and TEC chemotherapy regimens on Glu level and metastatic recurrence rate in patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe and compare the effects of FEC and TEC chemotherapy regimens on the level of fasting blood glucose (Glu) and the metastatic recurrence rate in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 126 patients who had been suffering from breast cancer and had undergone adjuvant chemotherapy after the modified radical mastectomy were divided into a FEC group (n=64) and a TEC group (n=62) according to different chemotherapy regimens applied.After six cycles of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the changes in Glu and the adverse reaction before and after the treatment,as well as the metastatic recurrence rate of cancer within five years between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate (85.48％) in the TEC group was higher than that in the FEC group (78.13％),but there was no statistically significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Compared with those before the chemotherapy,the Glu levels increased significantly in both groups after the chemotherapy (P ＜ 0.05),while the increase in the TEC group was more significant than that in the FEC group(P ＜ 0.05) and the rate of abnormal Glu in the FEC group was significantly lower than that in the TEC group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).The 5-year metastatic recurrence rate in the FEC group (12.50％) was significantly lower than that in the TEC group (30.64％)(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Either FEC or TEC chemotherapy regimen can cause the increase of Glu in patients with breast cancer,while the FEC regimen has better efficacy.It has less impact on the Glu level of patients,has lower incidence of adverse reactions and lower distant metastatic recurrence rate,and is more helpful for prognosis.关键词
