乳腺癌术后上肢感觉障碍伴运动受限康复一例报道
Sensory Impairment and Movement Restriction after Mastectomy:A Case Report
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis and management of post-mastectomy sensory impairment and movement restriction. Methods A case was reviewed. Results She was diagnosed as radiation-induced brachial plexus injury with rotator cuff tear from the history,signs and tests.Her movement was improved and numbness was relieved after rehabilitation. Conclusion The sensory impairment after mastectomy is mainly caused by brachial plexus injuries,and needs to be dif-ferentiated from scapulohumeral periarthritis and rotator cuff tear when patients have shoulder movement restric-tion.关键词
