摘要

Abstract

This paper studied the effect of accompanying barley and mustard on protective enzyme activity of pepper leaves and root soil environment in continuous pepper cropping,taking pepper variety'Xingxiang No.8'as material and by pot experiment. The experiment set the accompanying barley treatment,accompanying mustard treatment,mono-culture pepper treatment(CK)and no seedling treatment(without any plant continuous cropping soil,CW). The results showed that the height of pepper plant with accompanying mustard treatment was 8.64% higher than that of the CK. Accompanying barley and mustard treatment could improve POD and CAT activities and reduce H2O2content of pepper leaves. Between them,accompanying mustard treatment had the better effect. The activities of POD,CAT and APX were increased by 12.61%,90.91% and 38.71%, respectively. The amount of soil actinomycetes,bacteria and total bacteria with accompanying barley and mustard treatment were higher than that of the CK and CW. The number of fungi was significantly reduced,and the activities of polyphenol oxidase,urease and sucrase were increased. At the same time,the pH value of pepper rhizosphere soil accompanying mustard treatment was significantly increased,and conductivity significantly decreased. To sum up,the accompanying barley and mustard cultivation can improve the soil rhizosphere environment and increase protective enzyme activity in pepper leaves.
