Abstract

Three typical positions of high speed electrified railway were selected:neutral section,overlap and general point.Point frequency tests as well as the detection modes of peak,quasi peak and average value were adopted to carry out the electromagnetic radiation tests of contact loss arc between pantograph and catenary in the working frequency band of the airport terminal omnidirectional beacon station (TVOR).Taking an electrified railway vertically undercrossing the airport runway as an example,the influence of the contact loss arc between pantograph and catenary on the electromagnetic disturbance of TVOR was studied.Results show that the electromagnetic disturbance of the contact loss arc between pantograph and catenary at the neutral section is the maximum.At the frequency of 110 MHz,the value of the 10 m method of peak detection reaches 89.4 dBμV · m-1.The electromagnetic radiation of the contact loss arc between pantograph and catenary at the positions of overlap and general point has no impact on TVOR.Even if the arcing point is located at the intersection of railway line and airport runway,the requirements for protection rate can still be met.The requirements for protection rate can only be met when the distance between the arcing point at the neutral section and the intersection of railway line and airport runway is greater than 236 m.The findings can provide the basis for the design of electromagnetic compatibility of airport regional rail traffic and airport aviation.
