Abstract
Objective To explore the sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection on the immune functions in patients with gastrointestinal tumor resection surgery.Methods 120 patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each.The experimental group was intravenously injected with sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection everyday for 3 weeks,with 30 ml in 5％ glucose 250 ml.The control group was given vitamin B6 injection instead of the sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection.The concentrations of IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 of the two groups were detected on the day before operation and 4-day and 8-day after operation.Results Comparing with the pre-operative one,the levels of 4-day post-operative IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 decreased in both two groups (P ＜ 0.05).But there was no difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).And the levels of 8-day post-operative IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in the experimental group were higher than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Sodium cantharidate vitamin B6 injection can improve the immune functions gradually in the patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery.关键词
