经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者40例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous kyphoplasty on the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients.Methods 79 cases of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the surgery plans.The control group (39 cases) was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the observation group (40 cases) was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty.Oswestry dysfunction score,VAS score,Cobb angle of vertebral body and vertebral compression rate changes of the two groups before and after surgery were compared,and the incidence of complications of the two groups were analyzed as well.Results At 3 months and 12 months after operation,the scores of ODI and VAS of the two groups were both lower than that of pre-operation.The Cobb angle and vertebral compression rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group at 3 months after operation(P ＜ 0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5 ％ (1/40),which was lower than that of the control group (20.51％,8/39) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It can get better effects of the percutaneous kyphoplasty for the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.It can correct deformities,promote vertebral height,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
