摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease is seriously endangering the health of human beings. Some substances play important roles in the proliferation, migration, apoptosis and autophagy of vascular smooth muscle cells, which are closely associated with atherosclerosis and directly related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. In order to understand the effect and mechanism of substance on vascular smooth muscle cells, the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease is further studied. From the perspective of toxicology, this article reviews the toxicology effect and mechanisms on the vascular smooth muscle cells by metal, nonmetal, environmental chemical substances, cardiovascular active substances and so on.关键词
