Abstract
Objective To establish the UHPLC specific chromatogram of Yanyan Tablets. Methods Dikma Endeavorsil C18 column (100 mm × 2. 1 mm,1. 8 μm) was adopted, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 0. 2 mL/min, the mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution, and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results The specific chromatogram of Yanyan Tablets was established with ( R, S ) -epigoitrin and harpagoside as the reference peaks. Three characteristic peaks in the specific chromatogram were identified as ( R, S ) -epigoitrin, paeoniflorin and harpagoside. Conclusion The specific chromatogram established by this method can better control the quality of Yanyan Tablets.关键词
