Abstract
Objective To establish and optimize a method of extraction technology of total flavonoids from Echinops laizfolius, and provide a basis for development and utilization of Echinops latifalius. Methods The extraction technology of total flavonoids was optimized by orthogonal experiment design with the content of total flavonoids as index and with ethanol dosage, ethanol concentration, extracting time and extracting frequency as factors. Results The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids from Echinops laizfolius was 12 fold and 70% ethanol, 3 times of extraction and 2 hour of reflux. Conclusion The extraction technology is simple and efficient, which can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from Echinops latifalius.关键词
